RECOFU is in need of a Organization Development Coordinator in its endeavor to enhance the organization capacity and development. Volunteer qualifications are not very much considered but ideally, a volunteer should have a minimum of high school. In addition, volunteers with basic knowledge and skills in resource acquisition and development, written communication and ability to write clear structural/persuasive proposals are of an added advantage. 1. Conducting activities required to prepare, submit and manage grant proposals for public and private funders as well as major gifts acquisition 2. Performing prospect research on foundations, corporations and public resources to identify and evaluate prospective funders 3. Assist the organization with overall planning and implementation of projects/activities.

Organization details
