Trekforce Worldwide projects will appeal to volunteers looking for an expedition which combines adventure travel and sustainable conservation. They recommend that volunteers sign up as far in advance as they can to guarantee their chosen programme and to allow maximum time to fundraise.

Expeditions with Trekforce Worldwide last from 4 weeks to 5 months and include volunteer work on projects including carrying out research work, building up the infrastructure of national parks and constructing research and visitor centres. These exciting team-based projects can be taken as part of longer programmes including learning Spanish in Guatemala and teaching in remote schools in the Cayo district of Belize. Every Trekforce project is carried out at the request of, and in cooperation with, a local project partner and with the support of the host government and local community.
