ISA offers $58,000 annually in scholarships to be used toward ISA programs in memory of Dr. Castañeda. These merit and financial need-based scholarships assist students from affiliated universities with the expenses of studying abroad.

Eligibility

Accepted to an ISA program.

Attend an ISA-affiliated university.

At least a 3.25 cumulative GPA.

Completed at least one year of college level foreign language or the equivalent. (Courses must appear on official transcript.)

Receiving financial aid.

Enrolled in second or third year of undergraduate education at time of ISA program participation at a U.S. university/college that does not have rules limiting scholarship eligibility.
