International Student Exchange - Ontario: Internship Programme Abroad

The objectives of ISE Ontario's Internship Programme Abroad are: to enhance the linguistic proficiency of second language teachers, provide an opportunity for teaching experience abroad, heighten cultural awareness by living abroad with a host family, establish contacts with native speakers who may serve as life-long resources for authentic teaching material, possible exchange opportunities. All academic arrangements are made by the participants with their faculty advisors. ISE Ontario arranges through its partners abroad for the school and family placements, and makes all travel and insurance arrangements.

Application process
Programme is open to qualified teachers. Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. To apply, download an Application Form and submit the completed form to ISE Ontario.
