Inter-American Development Bank (IADB): Summer Employment Programme for Undergraduate Students

Each summer the Inter-American Development Bank hires undergraduate students for a period of two to three months. During their employment, the students are placed in one of the departments or units of the Bank and are assigned primarily clerical and administrative tasks.

Application process
To be eligible for the IDB Summer Employment Programme, the candidate must be: - A citizen of one of the Bank's member countries. - Enrolled in an undergraduate university programme, and returning to his/her studies in the fall. - Proficient in at least one of the official languages of the Bank (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French), preferably with a working knowledge of a second one. - Has not reached the age of 26 years as of June 1, of the year he/she wants to participate. - Candidates hired in the past by the IDB Summer Employee Programme do not qualify.
