UBECI: Volunteer to benefit the at-risk children of Quito

UBECI Foundation aims to reduce the work hours for over 600 children, aged 1-17, who rather than being enrolled in school, work up to 12 hours a day in the markets of Quito. UBECI accomplishes this by providing educational, social, emotional, medical, and dental services to these children and their families. Working directly with street children allows UBECI to tackle the larger problem of child poverty. UBECI envisions a Quito in which every child can have a future filled with adequate education, in order to be able to become a successful, healthy, and contributing member of their community.
