Comunidad Connect: Cultural Connections - Winter Adventure Trip

Join our wonderful program in the heart of Nicaragua’s coffee-growing region! For one week, you will learn about our organization and functions through participation in projects aimed at sustainable community development. Your group will stay at an organic coffee farm in Jinotega, where you will work alongside farmers, millers, and seasonal pickets. You will also assist with development projects, such as whitewashing walls or building ovens and stoves. You will also sample locally grown and produced coffee at a fair trade cooperative. Of course, there will be time for sightseeing and exploration, such as hiking to a waterfall and going on a guided tour to Granada.
