Combining volunteering and sight seeing this is a fantastic opportunity to get down and dirty helping at a co-operative farm on the outskirts of Pyongyang. The farming volunteer program is a incredible opportunity for you to not only build relationships with farmers and their families, but also to learn a thing or two about traditional organic farming. This tour is a complete non-profit program, with all proceeds from this program being used to purchase goods and gasoline tickets which will help farmers to run tractors and generators - items that are often unused due to the shortage of fuel in North Korea.
