They work in GIS, Environmental Education, and Public Policy and contribute to saving forests and changing lives. Volunteers help with one or more of the following: * Land use management; * Forest restoration; * Income generating alternatives; * Community understanding and engagement.

Unskilled but willing volunteers are welcome; more skilled volunteers are more welcome. Those wishing to volunteer should email Iracambi an up to date copy of their CV/Resume and also provide the following details: * How do you feel you can benefit the project? * What interests you about the project? * What relevant experience and interests do you have? * What other interests do you have? * What expectations do you have from your time with Iracambi? * What language skills do you have? * What date are you planning to come to Iracambi and how long are you going to stay? * How did you find out about Iracambi? Once the project has been clarified Iracambi will offer volunteers a place and give them the terms and conditions to check through. Pre-departure information and any updates needed on the project and their work will be provided.
