Eligibility
Non-Korean national OR Korean national who obtained permanent residency in a foreign country or who resides overseas, has completed education outside of Korea which is compatible with Korea‘s elementary, middle, high school and college education.
Master’s: hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) conferred by Korean or overseas university.
Doctoral: hold a master’s degree (or equivalent).
Korean Culture and Society majors: TOPIK score certificate of level 5 or above and an IELTS or TOEFL score certificate.
Other majors: TOPIK score certificate of level 4 or above.
