Intercultura Language School: EFL Teaching Positions

The English department was developed in order to give back to the community, and to aid in closing the communication gap between cultures on a local and international scale. The student body is made up mostly of Costa Ricans as well as Nicaraguans, Salvadorians, Colombians and Ecuadorians, making up a rich mix of Latin culture. The age groups are anywhere from 13 to 50 yrs, students and professionals. The teachers are encouraged to take Spanish classes which are offered to them free of charge. Intercultura feels it is important that, while sharing their own culture and language, teachers immerse themselves in the Costa Rican culture and language.
