Blue World Institute of Marine Research and Conservation: Adriatic Dolphin Project

The Adriatic Dolphin Project run by the Blue World Institute of Marine Research and Conservation offers student internships that can be used as university credit. Students of biology, environmental science or geography, or a similar subject can contact Blue World to suggest a thesis or project. Participants pay a program fee and in return are provided with accommodation and a weekly food stipend.

Applicants should have the following: - A background in biology/environmental science/geography - Some knowledge of research methods and design - An ability to work, live and communicate well with others - Enthusiasm and dedication to work long days in the field (sometimes 12 hours or more) In order to formally apply for an internship, please send us a curriculum vitae or resume, a cover letter detailing your reason for applying, one letter of reference, and a transcript. Positions will be filled on a first come, first serve basis from a pool of qualified applicants.
